MATTYDALE — Many people have now received the COVID-19 vaccination and are carrying around cards they were told to keep safe. The current recommendation is to have the card copied and the copy laminated; carry the copy and keep the original in a safe place.
Salina Library is here to help! We’re offering to copy your COVID-19 vaccination card and laminate the copy for free. Simply stop in any time we’re open; it will take about 15 minutes to laminate.
Our doors are open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday, 1 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday, 1 to 8 p.m. Thursday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday and 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday. No appointment necessary! Call 315-454-4524 or email [email protected] with any questions.
April craft is Peeps diorama
Free craft kits are back, for all ages and abilities!
Local families are invited to stop by the Salina Library to pick up a free Peeps Diorama Kit. Use this kit, plus any extra materials from home, to create a fun piece of art. Return it to us and it will be displayed in the Children’s Area throughout the month of April. Everyone is invited to come in and view the dioramas.
Every month new craft kits are available for kids, teens, adults, and adults with special needs. There’s even a free crochet kit! Our kits include all materials needed to create the craft. Stop in the library to pick up a kit or call to reserve them. Check our calendar to see which kits are available at salinalibrary.org.
