B’ville Big Chill rakes in nearly $20K for Baldwinsville causes

BALDWINSVILLE — Plungers braved single-digit weather Jan. 30 to take a dip in the icy Seneca River for the 15th Annual B’ville Big Chill. The annual fundraising juggernaut benefits the Greater Baldwinsville Chamber of Commerce, Baldwinsville Rotary and local charities. Teams raised a total of $19,781 this year.

The top fundraising teams were:

  • First place: B’ville Interact Club ($4,070 benefiting the Baldwinsville Community Food Pantry)
  • Second place: The Queen Bees of B’ville ($3,931 benefiting the American Cancer Society)
  • Third Place: B’ville Scouters ($3,655 benefiting the VFW Food for Vets)
