To the editor:
I am writing this letter in support of Doug Foster for re-election as highway superintendent for the town of Van Buren. This past year I had a problem that I was hopeful that the highway department could help me with. When Doug Foster received my request he quickly contacted me and looked at the problem I was experiencing. He developed a response and had a crew come out and correct the problem in a timely and efficient manner.
This is the kind of dedication to service that we need in our highway superintendent. I would like to encourage everyone to join me and vote for Doug Foster on Nov. 7.
