Arrests:

Charles O Houck, 60, of Sherburne, was arrested Feb. 21 in Madison and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a BAC at or above .08 of 1%, driving while intoxicated, aggravated DWI, refusing to take a breath test, moving from lane unsafely, and failing to keep right in a two-lane road.

Christopher P Eager, 37, of Parish, was arrested Feb. 22 in Cicero and charged with execute bench warrant.

Daniel H Chapman, 37, of Eaton, was arrested Feb. 22 in Eaton and charged with criminal mischief in the fourth degree and harassment in the second degree.

Richard L Brewer, 26, of West Edmeston, was arrested Feb. 22 in Hamilton and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the second degree, and a muffler exhaust system violation.

Jessica A Chapin, 34, of Georgetown, was arrested Feb. 22 in Wampsville and charged with execute bench warrant and failing to appear in court.

Brian A Ostrander, 35, of Chittenango, was arrested Feb. 23 in Chittenango and charged with failing to appear in court.

John J Whaley, 46, of Oneida, was arrested Feb. 24 in Oneida and charged with execute bench warrant.

Arron S Clark, 30, of Utica, was arrested Feb. 24 in Oneida and charged with failing to appear in court.

Brian J Dart, 38, of Port Crane, was arrested Feb. 27 in Binghamton and charged with failing to appear in court.

Jennifer E Mudge, 37, of Rome, was arrested Feb. 27 in Rome and charged with execute bench warrant.

Robert H Hopkins, 31, of Oneida, was arrested March 1 in Oneida and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree.

Alexander B Szablak, 75, of Barneveld, was arrested March 1 in Wampsville and charged with offering a false instrument for filing in the second degree.

Edwin J Northup Jr, 25, of Eastwood, was arrested March 2 in Canastota and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a BAC at or above .08 of 1% and aggravated driving while intoxicated.

Rodney R Bishop, 70, of Oneida, was arrested March 2 in Canastota and charged with an equipment violation, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the second degree, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and use of a leased/rented/loaned vehicle without interlock device.

Dana Tilbe, 39, of Bridgewater, was arrested March 3 in Wampsville and charged with execute bench warrant.

Danielle M Mussachio, 27, of Oneida, was arrested March 4 in Oneida and charged with illegal signaling, criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and circumventing an ignition interlock device.
