On Sept. 20, Robert M. Spara, age 35, of 47 Downer St., Baldwinsville, was arrested and charged with felony, second degree criminal mischief and petit larceny after an investigation into stolen currency, from a washing machine and a dryer, on Aug. 19 at the Candlewood Gardens Apartment Complex. He was released on an appearance ticket to appear in court on Oct. 21.
On Sept. 28, Brandy L. Cooper, age 40, of 7698 Maple Road, Baldwinsville, was arrested and charged with second degree aggravated unlicensed operation and fail to yield right of way at stop sign after a traffic stop on Ellsworth Road for nearly striking another vehicle. Computer checks revealed her driver’s license was revoked. She was released on her own recognizance to appear in court on Oct. 21.
On Oct. 9, Thomas R. Griffin, age 31, of 5 Grove St., Baldwinsville, was arrested and charged with felony, third degree robbery, felony, fourth degree grand larceny, endangering the welfare of a child, and second degree harassment after an investigation into a physical, domestic incident at his residence where property was stolen, the victim was punched, and a child was nearly struck. He was arraigned in the centralized Arraignment Center and is scheduled to reappear in the Village of Baldwinsville Court at a later date.
On Oct. 11, Colin W. N. Flynn, age 18, of 10 Canton St., Baldwinsville, was arrested and charged with second degree menacing and fourth degree criminal possession of a weapon after an investigation into a person being threatened with a knife on Canton Street. He was released on an appearance ticket to appear in court on Nov. 18.
On Oct. 18, Jamison M. Bartlett, age 42, of 424 Kenyon Road, Mexico, was arrested and charged with felony, fourth degree grand larceny after an investigation into payment received for services, for non-completed work, on Aug. 27. He was released on an appearance ticket to appear in court on Nov. 18.
On Oct. 14, Thomas A. Manitta, age 53, of 925 Old Route 31, Jordan, was arrested and charged with second degree criminal contempt after an investigation into a verbal, domestic incident on Downer Street where an order of protection was violated. He was arraigned in the Centralized Arraignment Center and was scheduled to reappear in the Village of Baldwinsville Court on Oct. 21.
On Oct. 15, Angela M. Kowalski, age 28, of 1040 Lamson Road, Baldwinsville, was arrested and charged with second degree aggravated unlicensed operation, seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, and inadequate exhaust after a traffic stop on Brooks Place for operating a motor vehicle with an inadequate exhaust. Computer checks revealed her driver’s license was suspended. Drug involvement was detected. She was released on an appearance to appear in court on Nov. 18.
On Oct. 23, Melinda J. Shimer, age 58, of 8 Elizabeth St., Baldwinsville, was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol level greater than 0.08%, and aggravated driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol level greater than 0.18% when alcohol involvement was detected after an investigation into a parking complaint on Elizabeth Street. She was released on her own recognizance to appear in court on Nov. 18.
On October 29, Ashlyn T. Ludwig, age 29, of 8305 Sandra Avenue, Cicero, was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol level greater than 0.08%, aggravated driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol level greater than 0.18%, and speed-in-zone when alcohol involvement was detected after a traffic stop on East Genesee Street for speeding. She was released on her own recognizance to appear in court on Nov. 18.
On Nov. 2, Rebecca I. Bermudez, age 29, of 102 Landrush Way, was arrested and charged with fourth degree criminal mischief and second degree harassment regarding a bench warrant issued by the Village of Baldwinsville Court on July 11, 2019. She was arraigned in the Centralized Arraignment Center and was scheduled to reappear in the Village of Baldwinsville Court on Nov. 18.
On Nov. 2, Alicia R. Kratz, age 36, of 2861 Cold Springs Road Apartment 2, Baldwinsville, was arrested and charged with second degree aggravated unlicensed operation and inadequate lights after a traffic stop on West Genesee Street for operating a motor vehicle without any lights on. Computer checks revealed her driver’s license was suspended. She is scheduled to appear in court on Dec. 9.
On Nov. 4, David P. Sullivan, age 49, of 1325 Daboll Road, Memphis, was arrested and charged with petit larceny after an investigation into stolen merchandise from Kinney Drugs, at 21 E. Genesee St., on Oct. 27. He turned himself in and was released on an appearance ticket to appear in court on Dec. 16.
On Nov. 5, Kerri E. Lau, age 42, of 1015 Morgan Road, Memphis, was arrested and charged with second degree aggravated unlicensed operation, unlicensed operator, and following too closely after an investigation into a property damage accident on West Genesee Street. Computer checks revealed her driver’s license was suspended. Her vehicle was towed. She is scheduled to appear in court on Dec. 16.
