Duane L Johnson Jr, 41, of Sullivan, was arrested Jan. 5 in Sullivan and charged with criminal mischief in the fourth degree.
Kimberly J Smith, 39, of Canastota, was arrested Dec. 30 in Wampsville and charged with offering false instrument for filing in the first degree, welfare fraud in the fourth degree, and grand larceny in the fourth degree.
Sheila H Mann, 74, of Munnsville, was arrested Jan. 2 in Wampsville and charged with endangering the welfare of an incompetent or physically disabled person in the first degree.
Timothy R Stevens, 55, of Canastota, was arrested Jan. 3 in Wampsville and charged with petit larceny.
