Jeffrey A Osborne, 37, of Cazenovia, was arrested Dec. 2 in Cazenovia and charged with criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree, and menacing in the second degree.
Donald J Ciani, 42, of Oneida, was arrested Dec. 3 in Canastota and charged with failing to appear in court.
Cody M Smith, 27, of Hamilton, was arrested Dec. 3 in Wampsville and charged with extradition of fugitive who left demanding state involuntary.
