Michael C Dipinto, 36, of Morrisville, was arrested Sept. 30 in Cazenovia and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, operating a motor vehicle without insurance, and a traffic device violation.

Arrests:

Tara D Currie, 37, of Camden, was arrested Oct. 1 in Camden and charged with failing to appear in court.

Nicole N Laufer, 39, of Rome, was arrested Oct. 1 in Rome and charged with failing to appear in court.

Carl E Ellsworth III, 35, of Canastota, was arrested Oct. 4 in Canastota and charged with petit larceny, possession of a hypodermic instrument, resisting arrest, obstructing governmental administration in the second degree, and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree.

Aaron N Norman, 20, of Bridgeport, was arrested Oct. 5 in Bridgeport and charged with criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation.

Arthur H Granger, 23, of Eaton, was arrested Oct. 5 in Eaton and charged with criminal mischief in the fourth degree, and criminal contempt in the first degree.

Lori E Labarre, 38, of East Syracuse, was arrested Oct. 5 in Lenox and charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, resisting arrest, obstructing governmental administration in the second degree, driving while intoxicated, two counts of aggravated driving while intoxicated, refusing to take a breath test, and following too close.

Garrett J Rooney, 51, of New York Mills, was arrested Oct. 5 in Oneida and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, displaying a forged certificate, operating a motor vehicle without inspection, and failing to notify the DMV of an address change.

David G Smith, 42, of Bouckville, was arrested Oct. 6 in Eaton and charged with speeding, driving while intoxicated, and operating a motor vehicle with a BAC at or above .08 of 1%.

Joshua M Jerzak, 32, of Elmira, was arrested Oct. 6 in Lincoln and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a BAC at or above .08 of 1%, driving while intoxicated, changing lanes when hazardous, drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle, and moving from lane unsafely.
