Sarah A Freeman, 33, of Cicero, was arrested May 27 in Canastota and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle, and operating a motor vehicle with no hands on the wheel.
Kara A Robichaud, 24, of Syracuse, was arrested May 27 in Lenox and charged with execute bench warrant.
Michael T Tucci, 36, of Liverpool, was arrested May 27 in Sullivan and charged with driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a BAC at or above .08 of 1%, and speeding.
Tammy L Hoag, 49, of Wampsville, was arrested May 27 in Wampsville and charged with two counts of offering false instrument for filing in the first degree, welfare fraud in the third degree, grand larceny in the third degree, and two counts of perjury in the third degree.
