Arrests:
Sandy Snyder, 32, of Canstota, was arrested on July 13 and charged with four counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, falsifying business records in the first degree and six counts of petit larceny.
Christopher Sparks, 16, of Cazeonvia, was arrested on July 18 and charged with endangering the welfare of an incompetent person/physical disabled person in the first degree, a class E felony.

Jocelyn P. Paddock, 34, of Minoa, was arrested July 15 in Cazenovia and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and speeding.

Arrests:
Richard J. Bradley, 29, of Erieville, was arrested July 14 in Fenner and charged with making a terroristic threat, criminal mischief in the third degree, obstructing governmental administration in the second degree, driving while intoxicated, refusal to take a breath test, speed not reasonable, unsafe lane change, failure to keep right and driving to left of pavement markings.
Keith R. Worden, 65, of DeRuyter was arrested July 14 in Cazenovia and charged with driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle while having blood alcohol content of .08 percent or greater and failure to keep right.
Holly M. Vanderhoof, 35, of Liverpool, was arrested July 14 in Cazenovia and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and an equipment violation.
