Cazenovia Police Department

Arrests:

Matthew C. Chapin, 39, of Munnsville, was arrested on May 31 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree. He was also ticketed for no license, operating a motor vehicle without an inspection certificate and four counts of operating a motor vehicle in violation of safety rules.

Donald G. Lindor, 18, of Brooklyn, was arrested June 3 and charged with two counts of assault with intent to cause physical injury with a weapon in the second degree and two counts of criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree.

Patrick J. Cooney, 26, of Cazenovia, was arrested June 2 and charged with harassment in the second degree and criminal mischief in the fourth degree.

No distinct plate: 2

No/insufficient stop lamps: 1

Operation of motor vehicle while registration suspended or revoked: 1

Arrests:

Richard D. Nourse, 49, of New Woodstock, was arrested June 5 and charged with robbery in the third degree and criminal mischief in the fourth degree.

Matthew J. Beeman, 19, of Cazenovia, was arrested on June 10 and charged with petit larceny.
