Chelsea M. Williams, 45, of Syracuse, was arrested Jan. 12 and charged with petit larceny.
Tameka L. Graves, 41, of Syracuse, was arrested Jan. 12 and charged with petit larceny.

Arrests:
Joshua L. Donahue, 29, of Fabius, was arrested Jan. 10 in the town of Pompey and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana. He was also ticketed for operating a motor vehicle without an inspection certificate.
Jay P. French, 41, of Fayetteville, was arrested Jan. 14 in the village of Chittenango and charged with aggravated harassment in the second degree, criminal contempt in the second degree and stalking in the fourth degree.
