President Friends of Maxwell Memorial Library
The Friends of Maxwell Memorial Library recently announced their 19th Geranium Sale.
These vibrant flowers come in 4.5 inch pots from a local nursery, and are available in five colors: red, white, magenta, white-to-rose, and salmon splash. Prices are: $5 each, $25 for six, or $40 for a dozen.
Order forms will be available at Maxwell Library at 14 Genesee St. in the village of Camillus, and on the library’s website, maxwellmemoriallibrary.org.
Completed order form and check made out to Friends of Maxwell Library (please do not send cash) can be mailed to: Friends of Maxwell, c/o John Rohner, 162 Forrest Way, Camillus, NY 13031.
All orders must be received by Thursday, May 11.
Flowers may be picked up on Saturday, May 20 between 9 a.m. and noon at the rear of Camillus Village Hall at 37 Genesee Street in the village of Camillus.
Free parking is located behind the building; please note, additional traffic is expected due to the Village Mile-Long Yard Sale on the same day this year.
All flowers must be pre-ordered and pre-paid and delivery is not available.
Formed in 1993, the Friends of Maxwell Memorial Library group is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization which sponsors fundraisers and outreach programs for the library.
Meetings are held on the first Tuesday of the month at 1 p.m.
New members are always welcome (including Junior Friends). Junior Friends (grades 4-7) help out at events and sponsor free giveaways. Please contact us at [email protected] for more information.
