CAMILLUS — The Friends of Maxwell Memorial Library are excited to announce their 17th geranium sale.
These vibrant flowers come in 4.5 inch pots from a local nursery, and are available in five colors: red, white, magenta, white-to-rose, and salmon splash. Prices are: $5 each, $20 for six, or $35 for a dozen. Order forms are available at the library, 14 Genesee St. in the Village of Camillus, and can also be downloaded from the library’s website maxwellmemoriallibrary.org.
Please mail your completed order form and check made out to Friends of Maxwell Library (please do not send cash) to: Friends of Maxwell, c/o John Rohner, 162 Forrest Way, Camillus, NY 13031.
All orders must be received by 5 p.m. on Friday, May 7.
Flowers may be picked up on Saturday, May 15 between 9 a.m. and noon at the Camillus Village Hall.
Ample free parking is located behind the building; social distancing and masks are required. We regret we cannot deliver. If you are unable to pick up your plants, please arrange to have someone pick them up for you.
The Friends of Maxwell Memorial Library group is a 501 (c)(3) non profit organization providing support and advocacy for the library. Formed in 1993, the group sponsors library programs and materials, and participates in events such as fundraisers and outreach initiatives.
The Friends meet about once a month to plan upcoming events and host guest speakers. Most meetings are held on the first Tuesday of the month at 1pm. Due to COVID, meetings are currently being held online through Zoom. New members are always welcome, please contact us at [email protected] for more information.
