The Onondaga County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s assistance with identifying two men accused of assaulting another man over the weekend in the Town of Onondaga.
Deputies are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the two men shown in the photograph, who are accused of assaulting another man over the weekend while at the Split Rock Quarry off Onondaga Blvd. Deputies investigating the incident say the victim was struck in the face following a dispute over an unleashed dog the men had in the quarry.
The first male suspect is described as being a white male, 6’0″ tall, weighing 220 pounds, with facial hair, wearing a dark colored ball cap, white and blue striped polo style shirt with camouflage shorts. The second male suspect is also described as a white male 6’0″ tall, weighing 185 pounds with a beard. He is seen in the photo wearing a dark colored shirt, blue jeans with tan Timberland style boots. Witnesses tell deputies that the two men were observed leaving the scene in a light colored SUV crossover type vehicle with a darker/brindle Pitbull.
