In the spirit of Mother’s Day, we asked moms walking the Erie Canal trail in DeWitt to share a memorable moment from their motherhood.
Diane Chapman, of Chittenango, and Cindy Rahrle, of Baldwinsville, both took a quick break from power walking to reflect on the rewarding experience of being a mom.
“It’s a wonderful thing being a mother,” Chapman said. “I’ve been blessed; I have five girls.”
