Melissa Zomro Davis, the owner of The Show Trunk, and Dragonfly Beads proprietor Erin L.M. Harris recently announced they are combining efforts and retail space to form the new store “Wishlist” at 53 Albany St.
The boutique specializes in women’s clothing and accessories, drawing from Davis’ knowledge of trend-setting fashions and Harris’ talent at creating unique pieces of commemorative jewelry.
“We’re ready to meet your fashion needs, from head to toe,” Harris and Davis said in a recent blog post on their website, wishlistcaz.wordpress.com.
After conceiving the idea over drinks at the Brewster Inn, the women spent the last two weeks merging inventory and stocking shelves in Wishlist.
Davis will continue to offer the popular clothing lines once available at the Show Trunk, and Harris has begun to expand upon her personal jewelry line to complement the new store’s wares.
The merger now affords the women more time to spend with their families and plan the next season of fashions at Wishlist.
With the coming of spring, customers can find mini skirts, fashionable tops and affordable jeans, as well as unique handbags, clutches, socks and scarves.
