Stephen Peltz, 24, of Skaneateles, was charged with driving while intoxicated, speeding and refusal to take a breath test.

Jamie Sugrue, 28, of East Manlius Street, East Syracuse, was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, unlawful possession of marijuana, refusal to take a breath test and other traffic infractions after an accident. Sugrue’s car struck a utility pole, a fence and a garage on Kirkville Road.
Pete Shenendoah, 21, of the Onondaga Nation, was charged with criminal mischief and petit larceny.
Ellie McCormick, 22, of East Seneca Turnpike, Manlius, was charged with driving while intoxicated, unlawful possession of marijuana and other traffic infractions.
