Tires on two dozen vehicles were slashed on the eastside of the city Friday night.
Police say owners of 25 vehicles have reported their tires slashed on the cars on Fenway Drive, Dakin Street, Genesee Park Drive, East Genesee Street and Ferris Avenue.
On some vehicles, only one tire was slashed, though on others, all four were cut. The cars were parked on the street and in driveways. Some owners report hearing the air leaking from the tires but did not see the person or people responsible, police said.
