Sparky Town restaurant is expected to reopen 11 a.m., Monday, Nov. 28.
The restaurant closed last week after the sudden passing of owner and namesake Linda “Sparky” Mortimer, 57. She passed away in her sleep Monday, Nov. 21.
A vigil was held in her memory that evening outside the restaurant in the Hawley-Green neighborhood.
Services for Mortimer will be at 3 p.m., Sunday, Nov. 26 at May Memorial Unitarian Universalist Society on East Genesee Street.
