Manlius Town Board to consider proposed zoning update

The Manlius Town Board will hold a public hearing at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 12, at town hall to consider amending its local zoning law.

The board plans to vote on whether to amend the law to clarify allowable uses in its residential multiple-use district.

According to local law, the RM District is designed to retain the existing residential character of established neighborhoods while permitting unobtrusive uses of a commercial nature.
