The Greater Baldwinsville Economic Development Agency will bring back last year’s popular Margarita fest.
Held from 3 to 6 p.m. Saturday July 9 in the village, the event features eight participating restaurants and a tattoo parlor. Participants will purchase a “passport” from one of the restaurants for $10, then travel from one restaurant to another sampling their different margarita concoctions. If participants fill their passports by visiting each establishment, they obtain free entrance to Islandfest on Paper Mill Island, which features the Jimmy Buffet tribute band Parrothead.
Participating restaurants include Mohegan Manor, Pizza Man, Badlands Saloon, Sammy Malones, the Red Mill Inn, Lake Effect, Edgewater and Lock 24. In addition, Tymeless Tattoo will participate, applying a temporary tattoo of the Margarita fest logo to “travelers.”
