Fright films times two

The Syracuse Cinephile Society, screens a Halloween double-feature at 7:30 p.m. Monday Oct. 25, at the Spaghetti Warehouse, 689 N. Clinton St., near Syracuse’s Inner Harbor.

The two films are “The Undying Monster” (1942), a rarely seen thriller set in rural Wales, and “The Raven” (1935), starring Boris Karloff and Bela Lugosi.

Admission to each Cinephile screening costs $3, or $2.50 for Cinephile members. For dinner reservations, call Spaghetti Warehouse at 475-1807.

On Nov. 1, the Cinephile Society will show “New Moon,” a 1940 musical featuring Nelson Eddy and Jeannette MacDonald. Visit syracusecinephile.com.
