The old gym at Cazenovia Jr./Sr. High School is being renovated, and now community members and alumni are invited to celebrate, and perhaps own a piece of, history.
The Cazenovia Athletic Association will be selling pieces of the gym’s floorboards at a celebration from 6 to 8 p.m. June 7 in the old gym at the high school.
The get-together is meant for anyone with a connection to the old gym, Superintendent Robert Dubik said — “those who went to school here and have fond memories of art shows, dances,” and more.
Proceeds from the event will benefit the Athletic Association. Refreshments will be served.
