The Cazenovia Village Board is looking at the possibility of legislation limiting tobacco use in part or all of local parks.
While in favor of limiting smoking in “child-intensive” areas, board members are less supportive of a complete tobacco ban.
Meanwhile, representatives from anti-smoking groups have said, “there is no safe level of exposure to second-hand smoke.”
