Orchestra Son Boricua is back to serenade you steps at Metro Lounge & Cafe on Valentine’s Day. Bring your sweetheart and friends to a chic club for a wild night of dancing to live Salsa! Valentine’s Day Latin Dance is Saturday Feb 14 from9:30 p.m. to 2a.m. The cost is $10
($8 for students with ID).

Healthy experiences continue at Green Hills Market
Green Hills will host a ‘Healthy Experiences Day’ on Saturday, Feb. 21. Dr. Steve Wechsler, Chiropractor, Dr. Josh Prior, Chiropractor, and Kathy Urschel, Licensed Massage Therapist, will join Julita Klopocka-Niemiec, Registered Dietitian, on Feb. 21, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. with the exception of Dr. Steve Wechsler who will be at Green Hills Market from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m., 5933 South Salina St., Syracuse.
Visitors are invited to discuss nutrition related topics and taste test a healthy recipes.
All services are free of charge.
