Jazz coming to Lakeland Park
Thanks to the Time Warner Summer Concert Series and the Society for New Music, Mike Woods’ Zoe Jazz Ensemble will perform at Lakeland Park in Cazenovia from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday July 17. The event is part of the annual Cazenovia Counterpoint festival.
The Zoe Jazz Ensemble, based in Clinton, features Jeff Stockham on trumpet; Bob Cesari on saxes, Tom Witkowski on piano, Rick Compton.on drums, and Mike (Doc) Woods on bass.
The Cazenovia Summer Concert series is sponsored by Time Warner Cable, Marquardt Switches, Pelco, and Stearns & Wheler.
The next concert in the series is on July 24, featuring the Jam Bones.
