Madison County Health Department has confirmed that an individual who visited Critz Farms in Cazenovia tested positive for COVID-19.

Symptom monitoring period: up to Oct. 26 2020
Anyone who visited Critz Farms during the identified times should monitor themselves for symptoms of COVID-19. Those symptoms include fever, cough, chills, muscle pain, sore throat, new loss of taste or smell, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, diarrhea, and/or difficulty breathing. If symptoms develop, please stay home and contact your doctor for guidance on testing. In the event of an emergency, please call 911.
Madison County urges residents to remain diligent and to continue to do their part to limit the spread of COVID-19. Wear a face covering when out in public, especially when unable to maintain social distancing. Also, please practice good hygiene.
Madison County partners with SUNY Upstate to hold COVID-19 diagnostic mobile testing clinics. The next test dates are Oct. 22 in Cazenovia and Oct. 29 in Wampsville. Free testing is available by appointment only to anyone interested. Anyone who would like to be tested should call 315-464-2582 select option 0 to set up an appointment.
