Charles Hughes, 55, of Sherburne, was arrested July 14 in Hamilton and charged with aggravated DWI, operating a motor vehicle with a BAC at or above .08 of 1%, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the second degree, circumventing an ignition interlock device, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the first degree, equipment violation, and DWI.
Brandon M Davis, 25, was arrested July 15 in Oneida and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, and violating probation.
Christian G Campbell, 19, of Nelson, was arrested July 15 in Wampsville and charged with unlawful manufacture of methamphetamine in the third degree.
Theodore T Snyder, 36, of Oneida, was arrested July 17 in Oneida and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree.

Todd J Nichols, 40, of Canastota, was arrested July 26 in Sullivan and charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree.
