Arrests:
Michael A Crandall, 66, of DeRuyter, was arrested April 23 in Morrisville and charged with eight counts of endangering the welfare of a child and eight counts of sexual abuse in the second degree.
Russell W Luther, 38, of Canastota, was arrested April 23 in Wampsville and charged with failing to report a change in address/status as a registered sex offender.
Joshua L Joslyn Sr, 33, of Oneida, was arrested April 23 in Oneida and charged with an unspecified violation of family court.
Christopher P Eager, 34, of Minoa, was arrested April 24 in Minoa and charged with failing to appear in court.
Robert W Vaughn, 26, of Canastota, was arrested April 25 in Chittenango and charged with obstructing governmental administration in the second degree, resisting arrest, unlawful possession of marijuana, reckless driving, following too closely, moving from lane unsafely, improperly passing on the right, failure to obey a police officer, failure to yield the right of way to an emergency vehicle, drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle and failing to signal 100 feet before turning.
Jared A Baxter, 27, of Worcester, was arrested April 26 in Nelson and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.
Haylee C Brinklow, 18, of Bridgeport, was arrested April 27 in Sullivan and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle with a BAC at or above .08 of 1%, driving while intoxicated, moving from lane unsafely and unsafe backing of a vehicle.
Dylan R McNabb, 27, of Verona, was arrested April 28 in Oneida and charged with failing to pay court-ordered child support.
