Arrests:
Andrew D. Shephard, 64, of Cazenovia, was arrested July 19 and charged with driving while intoxicated, driving while having a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or greater and no/inadequate lights.
Dylan F. Ryder, 28, of Aurora, Colorado, was arrested July 26 in Nelson and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.
Justin B. Cox, 20, of Chittenango, was arrested July 26 and charged with sexual abuse in the first degree – contact with an individual under age 11.
David J. Crockett, 67, of Hamilton, was arrested July 27 in Morrisville and charged with criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree.

Kevin A. Doxtator, 26, of Chittenango, was arrested July 18 in Cazenovia and charged with failure to appear in court.
