Sarah B. Reid, 34, of Cannonball Run, East Syracuse, was arrested Oct. 28 and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.
Sincere L. Robertson, 23, of Seymour Street, Syracuse, was arrested Oct. 28 and charged with grand larceny in the fourth degree, conspiracy in the sixth degree and unlawful possession of marijuana.
Billiejoe E. Cerio, 19, of Fairview Avenue, Syracuse, was arrested Oct. 28 and charged with grand larceny in the fourth degree and conspiracy in the sixth degree.

A 17-year-old female, of Churchill Court, Fayetteville, was arrested Oct. 28 and charged with unlawfully dealing with a child.
Jason P. Manser, 39, of Kirkville Road, East Syracuse, was arrested Oct. 26 and charged with criminal contempt in the first degree, criminal mischief in the third degree, endangering the welfare, criminal obstruction of breathing and harassment in the second degree.
Keshar Barakoti, 46, of Carbon Street, Syracuse, was arrested Oct. 25 and charged with a DWI, interfering with a safe operation, drivers view obstructed, reckless driving and speeding.
