To the editor:
A big thank you goes out to all of you who supported the St James Haiti Yard sale. Thanks to those who donated items, to those who volunteered their time sorting, setting up, assisting customers and those who cleaned up after the sale and most importantly those who supported the sale financially.
Over $12,000 was raised to support the activities in Haiti such as the education and feeding of the school children, continuation of the clean water project and the support St. Ives parish. The St. James Haiti committee could not do it without your support.
