Donald E. Fisher, 39, of Beech Creek, Pa., was arrested April 19 and charged with driving while ability impaired (DWAI) – drugs, parking on pavement and failure to keep right.

Cody, 23, of Cazenovia, was arrested April 22 and charged with driving while intoxicated, driving while having a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or greater, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the first degree, no license and putting stickers on windshield/rear window.
