On Oct. 12, Timothy W. Miller, 40, of 1874 South Clinton St., Syracuse, was arrested and charged with fourth degree criminal mischief, second degree unlawful imprisonment, and second degree harassment regarding a bench warrant issued by the Village of Baldwinsville Court on Sep. 29. He was arraigned in front of Judge Huling and remanded to the Onondaga County Justice Center, on a bail of $2,500 cash or $5,000 bond, to reappear in court on Oct. 19.
On Oct. 18, Sean M. Robinson, 27, of 30 County Route 4, Central Square, was arrested and charged with petit larceny and endangering the welfare of a child after an investigation into stolen merchandise from Kinney Drugs at 21 E. Genesee St., while shopping with his 2-year-old child, on Oct. 12. Later that day he was arrested again and charged with attempted petit larceny and endangering the welfare of a child after an investigation into stolen/recovered merchandise from Village Ace Hardware at 43 E. Genesee St. still with his 2-year-old child. He turned himself in and was released on an appearance ticket to appear in court on Nov. 16.
On Oct. 20, Jeremy M. Rupert, 40, 863 Oneida St., Fulton, was arrested and charged with petit larceny after an investigation into stolen merchandise from Kinney Drugs at 21 E. Genesee St. on Oct. 18. He was released on an appearance ticket to appear in court on Nov. 16.
On Oct. 22, Paul G. Watkins, 33, and Marshall S. Watkins, 29, of 7561 Sugarwood Lane, North Syracuse, were arrested after an investigation into a domestic-related incident at 92 Syracuse St., where a television and computer were smashed during an argument over car keys. Paul G. Watkins was charged with first-degree felony criminal contempt, second-degree felony criminal mischief and petit larceny and remanded to the Onondaga County Justice Center (on a bail of $2,500 cash or bond) after his arraignment in front of Judge McMahon in the Village of Baldwinsville Court. Marshall S. Watkins was charged with first-degree felony criminal mischief after his arraignment in front of Judge McMahon and released on his own recognizance. Both parties are scheduled to reappear in court on Oct. 26.
On Oct. 23, Shantese A. Jones, 23, of 1202 South Avenue Apt. 31, Syracuse, was arrested and charged with first-degree criminal contempt and second-degree aggravated harassment after an investigation into violating an order of protection by calling the victim. She was arraigned in front of Judge McMahon in the Village of Baldwinsville Court and released on her own recognizance to reappear in court on Oct. 26.
On Oct. 25, Pedro Moreno Jr, 32, of 228 Rathburn Road, Fulton, was arrested and charged with petit larceny after an investigation into stolen merchandise from Kinney Drugs at 21 E. Genesee St. on Oct. 18. He was released on an appearance ticket to appear in the Village of Baldwinsville Court on Nov. 16.
On Oct. 26, Andrew M. Burns, 21, of 139 Primrose Ave., Syracuse, was arrested and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and failed to stop at stop sign regarding an arrest warrant issued by the Village of Baldwinsville Court on Sep. 29. He turned himself in, was arraigned in front of Judge Huling and released on his own recognizance to reappear in court on Dec. 14.
On Oct. 27, a 16-year-old male from Baldwinsville and a 16-year-old female from Syracuse were arrested and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana after an investigation into drug activity reported on a Baldwinsville Central School District Bus that same day. Both teens were released on appearance tickets to appear in court on Dec. 7.
On Oct. 28, Ralph Napolitano III, 20, of 9033 Plainville Road, Baldwinsville, was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and failure to obey a traffic control device when the officer noticed a strong smell of marijuana emanating from the driver’s window after a traffic stop on Oswego street for making a left turn on to Oswego Street from Denio Street. He was released on his own recognizance to appear in court on Dec. 21.
On Nov. 2, Jacob R. Cizenski, 23, of 102 Candlewood Gardens, Baldwinsville, was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol level greater than .08 percent, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operator, uninspected motor vehicle and failure to keep right regarding a bench warrant issued by the Village of Baldwinsville Court on Oct. 6. He was arraigned in front of Judge McMahon in the Village of Baldwinsville Court and released on his own recognizance to reappear in court on Nov. 2.
On Nov. 3, a 16-year-old male from Baldwinsville was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana after an investigation at Baker High School at 29 E. Oneida St., where he was found to be in possession of an edible gum drop containing marijuana. He was released on an appearance ticket to appear in court on Dec. 7.
