Darryl T. Stevens, 33, of Manlius was arrested Nov. 29 and charged with harassment in the second degree and criminal trespass in the second degree.

New York State Police Blotter Week of Nov. 20 to Dec. 4
Arrests:
Jeremiah G. Bortle, 31, of Sherrill, was arrested Dec. 4 in Nelson and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.
Leon Shenandoah, 28, of Bridgeport, was arrested Dec. 4 in the village of Chittenango and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree; he was also ticketed for no license, failure to notify DMV of address change and failure to yield right of way.
Romyka M. Rebollo, 27, of Canastota, was arrested Dec. 4 in the village of Chittenango and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree and controlled substance in non-original container.
Michael A. VanPatten, 33, of Chittenango, was arrested Dec. 5 in the village of Chittenango and charged with petit larceny.

Arrests:
Shasta J. Kaulfers, 37, of Erieville, was arrested on Nov. 25 and charged with filing a false instrument in the second degree.
