Arrests:
Andrew Carr McGrew, 20, of Mutton Hill Road in Cazenovia was arrested on Oct. 28 and charged with failure to appear.
Sharon K. Hodge, 28, of Syracuse, was arrested on Nov. 4 and charged with failure to appear.

Louasia A. Watts, 20, of Morrisville, was arrested Nov. 7 in Nelson and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.

Arrests:
Joshua FC Scott, 26, of Syracuse, was arrested on Nov. 4 in Cazenovia and charged with criminal sale of a narcotic drug, criminal possession of a narcotic drug with intent to sell and criminal possession of a firearm/knife.
Joseph M. Abear, 30, of Camillus, was arrested Nov. 4 in Cazenovia and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree, failure to notify DMV of address change and no/inadequate plates.
