Cazenovia Police Blotter Week of Oct. 16 to 30
Arrests:
Steven Soto, 35, of Morrisville, was arrested on Oct. 17 and charged with menacing in the second degree, criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree and unlawful imprisonment in the second degree.
Nickolas Koennecke, 23, of Stanley Road in Cazenovia, was arrested on Oct. 4 and charged with two counts of menacing in the second degree, two counts of harassment in the second degree and one count of criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree.
Maximilian Perrotta, 18, of Latham, N.Y., was arrested on Oct. 19 and charged with petit larceny and grand larceny in the fourth degree.
Frederic H. Loveless, 43, of Main Street in New Woodstock, was arrested on Oct. 24 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the second degree and driving while using a portable electric device.

New York State Police Blotter Week of Oct. 16 to 30
Arrests:
Nicholas S. Fiorini, 22, of Cazenovia, was arrested on Oct. 21 and charged with grand larceny in the third degree and grand larceny in the fourth degree.
Jennifer L. Carnahan, 43, of Manlius, was arrested in Cazenovia on Oct. 24 and charged with DWI, aggravated DWI and failure to stop at a stop sign.
Sean R. Lane, 55, of Fayetteville, was arrested in Nelson on Oct. 24 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree, unlawful possession of marijuana, speeding, driving without a license and no stop lights.
Charles R. Scott, 41, of Chittenango, was arrested in Fenner on Oct. 27 and charged with harassment in the second degree and criminal contempt in the second degree.

Arrests:
Philip A. Cox, 25, of Sullivan, was arrested on Oct. 28 in Cazenovia and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.
Evan E. Colvin, 28, of Morrisville, was arrested on Nov. 1 and charged with three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance and one count of unlawful possession of marijuana.
