Skaneateles, New York – The Skaneateles Education Foundation will once again be hosting a Barn Sale for Education on Saturday and Sunday, May 14-15 at the Mandana Barn. Pre- owned women’s, men’s and children’s clothing, accessories and sporting goods will be sold to benefit education in the Skaneateles Schools.
SEF has found a wonderful way to reduce, reuse and recycle for a great cause. Organizers will be accepting outright donations (100% of sales go to SEF) or consignments (50% of sales go to SEF; 50% returned to consignor). Items the Foundation has already procured include designer clothing and accessories, prom dresses, bikes, soccer equipment, sportswear and much more to come.
This is a great time of year to be cleaning out closets and garages of all the items you and your kids no longer use or have outgrown. Drop items off to sell during the week prior, May 9-12, then pick up some great bargain replacements over the weekend!
AGAIN THIS YEAR
Back again this year, Barn Sale organizers will be hosting the popular Preview Party at the barn for anyone who just can’t wait to shop all the best deals! Join the fun on Friday, May 13th from 6-8pm. For just $20 per person, attendees can shop the whole sale while enjoying complimentary appetizers and a cash bar.
