Arrests:
Victoria F Miller, 34, of Earlville, was arrested Aug. 9 in Georgetown ad charged with violating probation.
Paula G Smith, 69, of Sidney, was arrested Aug. 9 in Hamilton and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a BAC at or above .08 of 1%, refusing to take a breath test, failing to use designated lane, changing lanes when hazardous, driving while intoxicated, and aggravated DWI.
John G Arnold, 50, of Canastota, was arrested Aug. 10 in Canastota and charged with criminal trespassing in the second degree.
Adrian K Johnson, 37, of Oneida, was arrested Aug. 11 in Oneida and charged with failing to appear in court.
Edward F Kearney Jr, 33, of Bridgeport, was arrested Aug. 11 in Bridgeport and charged with criminal mischief in the fourth degree.
John M Massett, 39, of Baldwinsville, was arrested Aug. 11 in Wampsville and charged with four counts of criminal sexual act in the first degree.
Brandon E Garlock, 31, of Canastota, was arrested Aug. 12 in Wampsville and charged with petit larceny, and possession of forged instrument for filing in the first degree.
Jonathan M Robbins, 23, of Cazenovia, was arrested Aug. 12 in Fenner and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a BAC at or above .08 of 1%, driving while intoxicated, aggravated DWI, moving from lane unsafely, and changing lanes when hazardous.
Jonas F Parmeter, 30, of Wampsville, was arrested Aug. 14 in Wampsville and charged with criminal mischief in the fourth degree.
