Arrests:
Holvin M Capeles Jr, 34, of Canastota, was arrested May 3 in Wampsville and charged with criminal contempt in the first degree.
Jesse L James, 23, of Sherburne, was arrested May 6 in Sherburne and charged with violating probation.
Kailey E Spadafora, 33, of Oneida, was arrested May 6 in Wampsville and charged with grand larceny in the third degree, welfare fraud in the third degree, perjury in the third degree, and offering false instrument for filing in the first degree.
Devinne R Bennett, 34, of Canastota, was arrested May 6 in Wampsville and charged with possessing a forged instrument in the second degree, offering false instrument for filing in the second degree, and criminal possession of stolen property in the fourth degree.
Michael J Carpenter, 42, of Chittenango, was arrested May 11 in Chittenango and charged with nine counts of falsely reporting an incident to law enforcement in the third degree.
Caitlin M Deshane, 28, of Chittenango, was arrested May 11 in Sullivan and charged with controlled substance in non-original container.
Robert G Raynore, 35, of Canastota, was arrested May 12 in Lenox and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, destroying/altering a vehicle ID number, operating a motor vehicle with improper plates, operating an unregistered motor vehicle on a highway.
Christian J Tilison, 38, of Cazenovia, was arrested May 13 in Wampsville and charged with passing a check with insufficient funds/ref-pay.
Edward R McCord, 29, of Manlius, was arrested May 13 in Cazenovia and charged with two counts of driving the wrong direction on a one-way road, operating a motor vehicle with a BAC at or above .08 of 1%, and driving while intoxicated.
Scott A Parry, 50, of West Edmeston, was arrested May 14 in Wampsville and charged with failing to appear in court.
Colette A Sequin, 37, of Durhamville, was arrested May 14 in Canastota and charged with drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle, refusing to take a breath test, driving while intoxicated, operator leaving the scene of property damage, failing to keep right in a two lane road, and improper left turn in a two way road.
Nathan Lee Buffington, 29, of Canastota, was arrested May 15 in Canastota and charged with two separate counts of unlawful manufacture of methamphetamine in the third degree, criminal possession of a controlled substance in the second degree, and resisting arrest.
Gary R Wilson Jr, 57, of Canastota, was arrested May 16 in Canastota and charged with criminal mischief in the fourth degree, and disobeying a mandate of a court in the second degree.
