Elmira F. Abdullayeva, 36, of Caton Drive, DeWitt, was arrested Jan. 27 and charged with petit larceny.

Carlos E. Benitez, 30, of Elliot Street, Passaic, NJ, was arrested Jan. 19 and charged with possession of a forged instrument in the second degree, attempted grand larceny in the fourth degree, criminal impersonation in the second degree and identity theft in the third degree and on Jan. 20 was arrested on a fugitive warrant.

Kevin P. Costello, 48, of Oakwood Street, Fayetteville, was arrested Jan. 18 and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, driving under the influence of drugs and aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree.

Michael J. Rubino, 20, of Knowland Drive, Liverpool, was arrested Jan. 17 and charged with driving under the influence of drugs.

James H. Miller, 50, of Wilcox Place, Jamesville, was arrested Jan. 16 and charged with petit larceny.

Natisha L. Foster, 40, of Vine Street, Syracuse, was arrested Jan. 16 and charged with petit larceny.

Anthony M. Vermeulen, 23, of Schafer Avenue, Syracuse, was arrested Jan. 16 and charged with a DWI with a blood alcohol concentration of more than .08 percent, a DWI and failure to use a turn signal.

Shaun A. Stewart, 27, of Morgan Road, Liverpool, was arrested Jan. 16 and charged with reckless endangerment in the second degree, failure to stop at a stop sign, failure to keep right and an unsafe move from a lane.

Andrew H. Warner, 41, of Washburn Drive, East Syracuse, was arrested Jan. 15 and charged with criminal contempt in the first degree.

James V. Freeman, 21, of Areopagirica, Bridgeport, was arrested Jan. 27 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree and speeding.

Christopher M. Nugent, 27, of Fenton House Drive, Lowville, was arrested Jan. 23 and charged with petit larceny, resisting arrest and unlawful possession of marijuana.

Garret M. Clark, 35, of Edgeworth Drive, Manlius, was arrested Jan. 23 and charged with a DWI, driving with a blood alcohol concentration of more than .08 percent and failure to keep right.
