A debate sponsored by the AARP New York and the League of Women Voters of Syracuse will bring the candidates in three state representative races together tonight for debates.
The 49th and 50th state senate seats, along with the 119th assembly seat, are up for grabs this year and voters will have choices at the polls for all three. The candidates for these posts will answer questions about health care, the environment, campaign finance reform, energy, transportation and redistricting.
The event is free and open to the public and will be held at Lincoln Middle School, 1613 James St.
