Van Buren officials have granted Empire Zone designation to 49 acres of industrial land to encourage industrial and commercial development. The property, owned by Tessy Plastics Corporation, is located at 7528 State Fair Boulevard and meets the criteria as a regionally significant project that will create 60-plus new jobs.
