Staying unbeaten, the Baldwinsville girls golf team impressed again last Monday afternoon with a 154-188 victory over Utica Proctor at Hickory Hills.
Lauren Petty and Jamie Schmidt each shot 35 for nine holes, a full 19 shots better than Proctor’s top player, Samantha Bossone.
Three days later, the Bees made it 8-0 with a 148-164 conquest of Auburn, getting Schmidt and Petty to shoot 36, both counteracting the work of the Maroons’ Larissa Carter, who had a 33.
And in a three-way match Friday at Westvale, the Bees shot 182 to blow past Cicero-North Syracuse (197) and host West Genesee (244). Once again, Petty set the pace, nearly matching par as she shot a 36.
At Hickory Hill, B’ville won yet again, 151-188 over Oswego, with Petty posting a 32.Another match with CNS, plus contests against Central Square and Liverpool, await the Bees this week before its May 24 finale against powerful Fayetteville-Manlius.
