The Cazenovia village election occurred on Tuesday, June 16, and with none of the three candidates having any opponents, the incumbent mayor and two trustees were all reelected to their respective positions.
For the mayoral race, Kurt Wheeler won his third term. He received 76 votes, of which 39 were on the Republican Party line and 37 were on the Community Party line. There were also 11 blank ballots and three write-ins.
For the trustee race, Amy Mann won her fourth term on the board. She received 84 votes, of which 52 were on the Democratic Party line and 32 were on the Community Party line.
Fritz Koennecke won his second term to the board. He received 78 votes, of which 40 were on the Republican Party line and 38 were on the Community Party line.
The trustee race also had 14 blank ballots and four write-ins.
All three races were uncontested. All three terms expire in 2017.
